The Remuneration of a Receiver

Provided the order is sought the receiver may be entitled to remuneration. Typically, the court sets the amount of the remuneration and there are a number of principles that apply.

The receiver will usually need to justify his/her remuneration and may need to do so by submitting time sheets and supporting material.
